Self Love=Self Help=All About Me

All about me huh?... (insert a sexy, nervous grin here please) I know we all go through this emotionally stagnant state when we find out we must write an about me segment or a bio on ourselves. I mean, why can’t we just make an one minute video of all our closest friends and family members describing our personalities?  That would make life so much easier!

 Personally, I know I freeze up and immediately catch a ghost brain. (Ghost brain – a brain that goes ghost on that ass)  I know I’m not the only one and if you’re sitting there reading this thinking I am insane thinking this – your ass is a lie. LoL

Nah, but about me: I’m just a southern goddess, from Lousianna, Houston, Texas raised me, and I grew the fuck up in Los Angeles learning my way of life through self help and personal guiders.

I’m 39 years young living my every moment trying to figure this shit out.  Shit being, life. Adulting. Self love. Self Worth. Success. Friendships. Love. You fucking name it.  I am here trying to understand it all and apply it all in a way that serves me and those around me. I am beyond passionate about guiding each and everyone of you.
